How will your role add to the story:

We are looking for a seasoned and technically smart job from a home specialist to support connected vehicle technology. You have a keen interest in the latest technology, especially EQ concepts. It will support calls from 1-800 Mercedes me line and provide a higher level of service to our customers. Will report directly to the team leadership. You will also work closely with the MB Canada Customer Support Team, ChargePoint, Maastricht Customer Support Team (NL), Mmc Retail Support Specialist and MB Canada Technical Assistance Services Team.

This is the role of the contract.

Day in the life:

On most days, you will answer calls from the 1-800 Mercedes me line, as well as emails and correspondence. This may include helping our merchants. You may also be involved in researching technical complaints.

Some days you will answer calls from the 1-800 Customer Helpline as well as inquiries received via email during the peak.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and monitoring open cases to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Mercedes-Benz fan skills, requirements and features:

Bilingual - Must be fluent in English and French

A minimum of two years experience in customer service with a proven track record of effective problem solving within a call center environment

An independent worker with previous work experience from home

The ability to meet the needs of a distinct and diversified client base

Strong interest in the auto industry as it relates to technological trends

Work from home proximity requirement within 100km from the main office site

Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself

Honest and professional, strong team player

Great thinker for photos, beginners, beginners
